Tuna Tacos with Spicy Truffle Sauce
Ingredients:
- 8 corn tacos
- 400 g fresh tuna
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- 4 fresh chili peppers
- Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
- 100 ml plain yogurt
- Spicy Truffle Sauce
Method:
Take the slices of fresh tuna and remove the skin and any small bones that may remain despite cleaning the fish.
Cut them into cubes of about one centimeter and place them in a bowl with the lime juice and a generous tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Cut the avocado into cubes of the same size and start assembling the tacos with the yogurt sauce as a base, the avocado, and the marinated tuna.
Finally, add a few tablespoons of the spicy truffle sauce.
Tips:
Tacos are a delicacy that can be garnished with either fish or meat.
To make the dish more delicate, tuna was chosen for this recipe, to be paired with the unique flavor of the spicy truffle sauce.
