Schiacciatina with Asparagus and Scorzone Truffle
Ingredients:
Asparagus (about 16 pieces)
- 400 g burrata cheese
- Crunchy schiacciata
Method:
Wash and clean the asparagus.
Place them in a pot with a drizzle of oil and salt, cover with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, start plating with a square of flatbread.
First place the asparagus, then the burrata, and season everything with truffle honey.
Finish with a little black pepper and slices of scorzone truffle.
