On Saturday October 12th 2024, Sassone Tartufi officially opened the doors of its new production plant in Montegiordano, in the province of Cosenza. Additional topics of study were added to the debate, from protection and promotion to the importance of research for the enhancement of truffles, introduced by experts Teodoro Gigliotti, mycologist and national delegate of the Italian Truffle Association, Franco Durso, president of GAL Sibaritide and Dr. Maddalena Pace, biologist and food consultant.
