Guacamole with Spicy Truffle Sauce

The famous Mexican sauce made from avocado and used to fill delicious tortillas is now a must-have for appetizers.
Accompanied by the ever-present nachos, here is a new take on the classic thanks to the unique touch of spicy truffle sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados

  • 1/2 white onion

  • 40 ml lime juice

  • Cherry tomatoes (to taste)

  • Cilantro (to taste)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Spicy Truffle Sauce

Method:

To prepare the guacamole, clean and finely chop the onion together with a few sprigs of coriander.

After cutting the avocado in half and removing the stone, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place it in a mortar.

Add the lime juice and begin to mash until creamy.

Add the chopped onion and coriander to the mixture and continue to mash to combine the ingredients.

Season with salt and add the diced cherry tomatoes to the sauce.

Finish the guacamole with a few tablespoons of spicy truffle sauce.

The guacamole sauce is ready to be served and enjoyed.
