Egg Tagliatelle with Royal Sauce and Rosemary
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 100 g butter
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Egg Tagliatelle with White Truffle
- Royal Sauce
- White Truffle
Method:
Bring the water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle.
Meanwhile, start heating the butter and rosemary in a bowl.
Once the tagliatelle is cooked, pour it into the saucepan and sauté with two teaspoons of royal sauce, mixing everything together.
Plate and serve with slices of white truffle.
Tips:
For a creamier texture, stir in a little of the cooking water.
