Vegan Tartare with White Truffle

Who says tartare can only be made with meat or fish?
Here is a tartare made only with fruit, vegetables, and white truffles: the result is excellent.

Ingredients for 2 people:

Method:

Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes, along with the beetroot and tofu.

Use a tartare cylinder or pastry cutter to arrange the avocado, beetroot, and tofu in distinct layers.

Finish with a crunchy touch by crumbling some taralli and grating white truffle shavings.

Season the tartare with a pinch of salt, a little black pepper, and a drizzle of white truffle oil.

Tips:

The vegetables and seasoning can vary.
For example, for the crunchy part, you can replace the taralli with flaked almonds or any other type of dried fruit.
