Ricotta, Shrimp, and Scorzone Truffle Tartare

The colors make it a summer dish rich in flavors, ideal for the hot season.
Easy to prepare and excellent to serve as an appetizer.

Method:

Combine the ricotta with the truffle oil, basil, and salt.

Once the mixture is blended, set it aside.

Prepare the peeled shrimp, seasoning them with oil, salt, and grated lemon zest.

Using a pastry cutter, place a couple of tablespoons of the ricotta mixture on the bottom of the plate and add the lemon-flavored shrimp.

To give the dish a little crunch, add some chopped hazelnuts.

Once plated, finish by grating a little scorzone truffle.
