Basil and Scorzone Truffle Ice Cream

As we all know, ice cream is the symbol of summer.
This delicious recipe requires just a few ingredients: cream, sugar, grated cheese, basil, and scorzone truffles.
Creamy, flavorful, and delicious: a versatile dish that offers an unusual combination.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml whipping cream

  • 120 g regular or brown sugar

  • 120 g grated cheese 

  • Basil (about 30 leaves)

  • Scorzone Truffle

Method:

Heat the cream and sugar in a small saucepan, bringing to a boil, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat, add the grated cheese, and continue stirring until completely blended.

Allow the mixture to cool and add the basil leaves.

Blend the entire mixture and pour it into the ice cream maker for the required amount of time.

To finish, add a few shavings of scorzone truffle.
